Darren Obong, LAc, is a licensed acupuncturist and somatic facilitator whose work bridges Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern nervous system support.
He specializes in pain management, stress and nervous system regulation, sleep support, hormonal health, and women’s health, with a particular interest in helping patients address the root patterns contributing to their symptoms.
His approach is rooted in treating the whole person rather than simply addressing symptoms. Through acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, breathwork, and therapeutic sound, Darren creates individualized treatments designed to help the body regulate, restore balance, and support its natural healing processes.
With a background in kinesiology, yoga, functional movement, meditation, breathwork, somatics, and sound therapy, Darren brings an integrative and embodied perspective to each session.
